NaturalFlow.AI provides artificial intelligence-powered communication services including inbound/outbound calling, SMS messaging, chatbot functionality, and customer service automation.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs that may temporarily affect service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your use of the platform.
Our platform integrates with third-party services (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not use our services for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activities.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or required by law.
Some services are billed based on usage (calls, messages, etc.). You will be charged for actual usage according to our published pricing. Usage charges are billed monthly.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Overdue accounts may result in service suspension. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for qualified accounts.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent billing periods.
